How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

You’ll receive a confirmation email and a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Not yet — at this time, Élan by Tahj ships within the United States only.

International shipping will be added soon as we continue to grow.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
